If you've taken my free Mission Masterclass and want some additional coaching to look at the areas of Value, Purpose and Mission, this is the session for you. After booking you will recieve some pre-work to help you prepare for our session and then on the day of your booking we will spend 90 minutes getting clarity on these 3 key areas. You will receive a recording of our session plus a google doc of my notes and suggestions.

There is real magic that comes from connecting with someone in person so if you think that in person working would benefit you let's chat. My in person coaching sessions can be booked as a day long session at a variety of locations or booked by the session if you are based in or around Monmouthshire. FIRM FOUNDATIONS
Firm Foundations is a membership that you join quarterly. Each quarter you will get the chance to work through my Calendar Concious method (It’s like creating a vision board but instead of getting stuck in vision we take easy action NOW) AND you get access to the Firm Foundations model which will help you create a stable base on which to run the business you design. There are two coaching calls a month with myself & Claire White (an accreddited mindset coach) ** Basically if you feel like you don’t fit in with all the nonsense in the online business community - This is the space for you.
COACHING
QUARTERLY COACHING
I take on coaching clients on a quarterly basis. My clients recieve an initial session to allow us to discuss what you might want to achieve with the sessions and also to set the pace of the sessions and set a time and date for our recurring meetings. As a coaching client you get access to coaching sessions as and when you need them and messenger access which is answered during office hours for a period of 12 weeks. You can use this as one block or join again for the next quarter if you are working on a longer term goal.

What is your coaching style?
I combine coaching and mentoring when working with my clients. I am a highly qualified and accredited coach AND I have years of experience as a business owner and business consultant that I bring to my practice. I use coaching techniques where possible to allow you to find the right answers or actions but I combine this with years of lived experience in business.

What does in person coaching look like?
That depends on you! from hiring some office space and getting to work, to walking in the countryside to help you connect to yourself and tap into creativity. If you wish to talk about in person coaching please complete the form and we can arrange a quick chat to discuss your needs and find a path forwards that will work for you.

What is your refund policy?
Mission Sessions and In Person Coaching - If at any point before our session, you find you have changed your mind, are struggling financially or circumstances have changed - you can email me for a full refund
Ongoing Coaching - Pay In Full - If during your time working with me you find you have changed your mind, have had a change of financial circumstances you can contact me for a refund. This will be calculated on a per session basis and you will be refunded for sessions not used. Payment Plan - If you find you have changed your mind or have had a change of financial circumstances you can contact me to stop your payment plan at any point and no further changes will be made.
What are your office hours?
I work 10am - 3pm Monday to Friday. I will occasionally answer emails and messages outside of these hours but that is as and when suits my family schedule.
I offer evening and weekend coaching sessions as requested by clients and only when discussed so if you have a preference please let me know in advance and I will ensure you have a space secured in my calendar.

How do I know I'm going to get enough time?
My coaching clients often wonder how much time they will actually get with their coach/mentor. Here is how I work. I have the capacity to take on four one to one clients each quarter. I do not believe that a rigid schedule works when you are setting goals, working on projects and also dealing with the many mindset issues that seem to scream loudest at this time. You came to a coach and so you need access to that coach. In our initial meeting we will set a schedule that works for you for your coaching but there may be times that you need an extra call and that is OK. There may be weeks where you feel you are flying and actually, you don't need you face to face call and would rather have contact on messenger. For coaching and mentoring to be at its most effective it needs to allow you support, time and space to do the required work and I ensure you get that, whatever that looks like.
Impact
Each of the calls leaves me feeling motivated and empowered but at the same time gives me realistic and actionable steps to take.
The calls have helped me to understand how to bring more simplicity; where before I felt overwhelmed.
It's taken my business idea from a place of muddled thoughts to an actual course.
I was encouraged to remember my mission in my business and everything else has just flowed from there.
